Chicken Mushroom with osyter sauce...

chicken mushroom with oyster sauce, sesame oil and curry powder...
Tadadadadaaaa............. ngeh3 syok sendiri and out of sudden je dapat mood nak masak for our lunch today. Memula duk belek2 FB while wifey plak sedang menikmati tidur tengahharinya....poor wifey penat baru balik dari sekolah. Sambil tu layan gak crite 3 Abdul, once cite tu habis je aku rasa macam nak masak.

menu that i've cooked ni surely not my original recipe lah. I learnt it almost about 15 years ago from Chef Wan xoxo. Can't exactly recall what was the program named but masa tu Chef Wan was a lottttt younger and smaller in term of his body size.
Noted ek that resipi ni asalnya guna seafood as its protein tapi sebab aku ada ayam je dalam fridge maka aku belasah je la guna ayam pun. Then asalnya takde la bubuh cendawan tapi sebab ada saki baki cendawan so aku masukkan jela sekali dlm masakan ni.........and therefore aku have to change the original name lah from seafood pattaya to the name tht put in the caption above :)

okey2 asyik melalut bilanya nk share resipi kan....cewah macam lah korang dah tak sabar2 nak salin. Tak kisahlah korang nk salin ke tak tapi aku tetap more than happy nk share how to cook this simple menu..

Bahan-bahan :

  • Fillet ayam - sekeping je (just 2 of us)
  • osyter sauce - 2 tea spoons(careful takut masin)
  • sesame oil - 1 tea spoon (for seasoning je)
  • mushroom - ikut la berapa yg ada
  • curry powder - 1 tea spoon
  • tamarind juice - (juice tu hahaha)
  • soy sauce - ikut pandai lah
  • onion & garlic - untuk tumis je
  • Cili Api
first kita marrinate dulu ayam yang telah dipotong dadu dgn garam, kunyit dan sedikit minyak bijan. then kita tumis onion and garlic sampai naik bau wangiiii

then masukkan bahan2 untuk saauce dia macam oyster sauce, kicap manis semua di atas tu la. Bila kuah dah okay baru masukkan ayam....bila dah agak masak kita masukkan plak cendawan sebab taknak ia overdone.

Semua dah masuk kira siapla masakan ni.............easy rite guys?? cubalah, InsyaAllah sedap and tak menyesal.

Rasanya lain sikit dari apa yang i used to cook before tapi my wife kata not bad (boleh dimakan lah).....

Selamat mencuba (suami2 pun tahu masak tau)

A Tale Of A Father To Be ~~

Assalamualaikum semua,

Lately I’ve been reading many blogs and surfing few web pages particularly on pregnancy and baby stuffs, moms stuff etc…. some blogger even share theirs sweet stories and experience during pregnancy.
Most of the blogger were a mother to be of course, so I wonder why there is no husband who care enough to share their side of story. Hence, today allow me to share my own experience during my wife pregnancy. Alhamdulillah she is now  into her 3rd trimester.
Trailing back, it was about 6 months ago when we were 1st knowing about our little fetus. Similar to any other parents, we were tremendously happy of course! Grateful and excited....
The following day, I bought a book entitled “Diari Ibu Hamil” which printed by Telaga Biru Publication. I was aiming for the book even before I get married actually, I’ve planned that I must buy the book when my wife gets pregnant….and therefore I did. I remember that I was in training that day and I wasn’t pay any attention to the trainer at all because I was busy reading the book. It was really useful and helpful as a basic guide to all parents to be like us…the content was easy to comprehend and it helps us to track our fetus development week by week in each trimester…..

soon....time flies extremely fast, my wife started having her morning sickness and was hardly trying to adapt with it. For me, okay i must admit that i am not exposed to do house work. Apepun since wifey asyik pening and muntah2 je maka i have to la rajin2 kan diri memasak, kemas rumah sikit2 and cubalah lipat kain baju etc. Time tu bulan puasa so cabarannya lebih sikit, harap2 ganjarannya pun lebih sikit :)

Alhamdulillah, masuk 2nd trimester wifey had getting better. Most of keje rumah now been handle by wifey as she usually does. For me plak, I've started browsing2 nama baby...for 1st baby ni i decided to use my veto power in which i enjoy absolute right to choose our baby name. 1 of the book that i read "Panduan Memberi Nama Anak Cara Islam" - what i can recall ;

1. Asmaul Husna - tapi mesti ada Abdul atau Muhammad
2. Nama2 Nabi
3. Nama2 sahabat dan para anbiya
4. Nama2 yg short and has positive meaning
5. Nama2 yg unik

Sempat gak aku belajar how to perform "tahnik" and i learnt that sunat meangazankan anak di telinga kanan while Iqamah di telinga kiri. Ada hadis Nabi yg sahih about it. so wht we used to understand was baby boy azan and baby girl iqamah is not actually correct.

Masuk 3rd trimester, both of us are crazy shopping the baby stuff hahaha....at 1st tu shopping kat store la. Later we learnt that shopping online is much cheaper and the variety is wider. Banyak nak kena beli utk bersalin, post natal, feeding, bed, baju2 dia and the list is just know no period.

antara baju2 and kelengkapan baby yg kami sempat beli....pd new parents tu be carefull ek, baju baby cute and u tend to main beli je...bukan boleh pakai lama huhu. (jgn ambil bakul time shopping)

Breast pump nih cost half thousand tau, oke aku x pernah ada anak so to me its shocking. Ada few more brands in market, price range tak beza jauh...is just a matter of preference lah.

comel kan? this is skip hop zoo bag yg super duper cute! beli online about RM 38 je. Tp kalo refer to its original web store, price USD 20. x sure la version tht we bought ni ori ke x...tp tag dia sama je, i suspect dia ori tp reject version. ala2 beli beg coach online la....much cheaper n yet still ori hihi

kelmarin beli baby rocker ni pulak, retail price RM 300++ tapi beli online dapat RM 180 je. seriously lah kalo duk surfing je x sedar duit dlm bank dh habes !

as of today, almost 80% of baby stuff is ready. Last nite we were having majlis solat hajat, praying for wifey and baby so that both will be okay in the labor room nanti....

oh ha! we have also visited few Hospitals, saje lah to usha2 which hospital suit our requirement the best and yet we haven't decided which 1 to choose between Pusat Rawatan Keluarga Islam or Kuantan Medical Centre.

I believe that all parents are just like us, all fathers are just as happily excited as me.......still counting days and i pray hard that i will live long enough to see my baby.

D END.

3 Days 2 Nights

Assalamualaikum semua...

Selamat tahun baru 1434H sempena awal Muharram yg kita raikan baru-baru ni. Awal Muharram has and will always going to be my special day in life sebab pada tarikh itulah aku selamat diijab kabulkan dgn Mrs Muhazam Shah Abd Aziz none other than my luvli Ms Nor Liyana Mohammad.

me and my luvly wife xoxo. Pengalaman pertama naik beca, RM 30 je pusing bandar, pemandu dia pun baek, jadi photographer and tour guide sekali....sungguh2 dia cite macam akuni org Papua New Guinea yg tak belajar sejarah Malaysia....
So, sempena itu dan kebetulan cuti sekolah plus cuti Depavali, kami pun pergi jalan2 ke selatan tanah air dalam edisi 3 hari 2 malam yg padat dan menyeronokkan....

Day 1 kami menuju ke Johor Premium Outlet dekat Kulaijaya, Johor. Story skek on our way to JPO, aku set GPS yg baru beli purposely for this trip :) accordingly to JPO's coordinate la, tapi ntah mana silapnya we ended at Tanah Perkuburan Islam ! dah la tempat tu scary...macam hujung dunia. Alhamdulillah, atlast we managed la to reach JPO.

JPO is such a hugeeee place to shop with so many designer brand's store. Nevertheless, jenama2 harian pun ada gak macam GAP, NIKE, Adidas, Carlo Rino, Bonia, Verns, Padini etc.
Antara outlet premium yang aku ingat hmm Burberry, Michele Kors, Coach, Armani, Ralph Lauren, Braun Buffel etc.

welcome to JPO!
kena beratur !
Dari segi harga, pada aku tgk store la.....ada kedai tu yang aku masuk memang harga x logik utk poket macam aku. T-Shirt Ralph misalnya cecah ribuan RM.

Kalau store macam Coach kat bawah ni, masih mampu milik lagila....plus diskaun memang xleh dapat kat tempat lain even cheaper dr online. Cuma ofcoz la koleksi dia bukan yg latest season.

Macam Carlo Rino lagi best kalau bawak mak2 sebab giler murah kot....50% less!! again not theirs latest collection but attractive enough.

Nike Store and Padini aku rasa paling ramai orang, so aku tak masuk. For sure harga dia murah dari Nike store kat tempat lain. Levi's pun murah giler, aku nyesal tak masuk! jeans 501 tu boleh dpt RM 100 ++ je.....wei kat kuantan dpt Mustang je tu...

GAP murah gak tapi seyes la stock reject shop kot, nak sale pun biarla ikhlas...baik aku beli kat KLCC je.

Overall, it was a nice shopping expirience...4 jam rasa tak cukup tapi utk keselamatan poket, baiklah beredar sebelum terlambat.

Lepas JPO kami vroomed ke JB, having dinner dgn my only brother kat kedai makan yang famous time aku study dulu tapi tak pernah pergi, so that nite dia n his wife treat us a dinner kat kedai atas pokok tu, thank u! later kami ke rumah dia and tido di situ.

Kedai atas pokok.
Pagi2 Day 2 kami suami isteri ronda2 bandar Jb, saje nk tunjuk kat wifey bandar di mana aku belajar dulu. So aku bawak wifey pergi Danga Bay, Dataran Bandaraya and certainly UTM Skudai.....haha giler tak romantik aku ni kan....sambut ulangtahun kat UTM je :)

Later kami teruskan perjalanan ke Bandaraya bersejarah, Melaka!

Tadaaaa........Melaka here we are!

Place we stayed....Majestic Malacca. Hotel ni kat river bank je, so close dgn Melaka river cruise, jonker walk n bandar tapi peluh gakla kalo nk jalan kaki je....Best giler sebab sgt2 baba nyonya style yet modern n elegant!

puas kami berjalan di tebing sg melaka, kesian wifey yg sarat mengandung huhu...last2 kami jumpa Melaka Monarail! so kami pun x lepas peluang try naik, RM 10 per person utk perjalanan 1.8km, 20 minit pergi balik. Menarik sebab lalu kat perkampungan Morten sampai ke Pirate park. Lagi best kami naik waktu malam, bandar begemerlapan cahaya.....

Kg Morten di waktu malam, kg tradisional Melayu yg dinamakan sempena nama penjajah british...ironik. Kat sini byk homestay rumah kg, so siapa2 nak rasa pengalaman berbeza, shud try la....
kalo nk best lagi naik river cruise, 45 minit pusing 1 town...cuma RM 10 je. Malam2 sampai jam 12 pun ada...best tgk lampu2 neon.
ni actually dlm library hotel, saje aku suka gambar ni :)
Kat Melaka pun best gak kalo nak shopping, now makin banyak mall and harga barang murah2.....

Maka dgn itu berakhirlah percutian 3 hari 2 malam kami tahun ini......tahun depan iA dengan baby so tak tahulah boleh pergi ke mana sebab bila tgk ramai org travel dgn baby rasa macam erkkkk seksa!

p/s: balek singgah Kuantan servis keta sebab dah mileage dah over, nex week kena turun KL plak meeting so guane pun mesti servis keta. so sempatla kami tgk muvi Istanbul  Aku Datang, kalo tanya pendapat aku yg x mahir ni....cite ni sgt la tak bagus utk org islam, dia promote culture non muslim as of  u r actually watching some foreign movie dubbed in Malay language, itu je. Pendapat aku je la, terpulang kalo korang nak pergi tgk sebab Lisa or Tomok.....duit korang kan :)

Journey to the west – Kidzania

Assalamualaikum…

Last weekend, aku jadi fasi untuk mengiringi rombongan sekolah angkat company under flag program named Program Bakti Pendidikan Petronas. Sofar trip ni memang annual event la and this year the destination was KL city.

Kami semua bertolak hari khamis petang by bus. Cuma macam aku gerak awal sikit by my own car sebab bertugas jaga penginapan so kena sampai awal before the kiddos. Kami stayed dkt Budget hotel je ofcoz sebab bawak 60 org kot….Hotel kat Taman Maluri, Cheras named d’Garden Hotel. Minus the area which to me a bit “dark”, the hotel itself was good. Perhaps bcoz kami ni their 1st school trip yg stay situ, so hotel layan kami dgn sgt baik. Senang cerita, hotel tu dah macam kami punya.

1st day (Jumaat) kami melawat head office dulu la, saje nk tunjuk kat the kiddos…ha inilah bangunan syarikat yg taja adik-adik semua….KLCC twin Tower! Aku memangla tak teruja sebab saban bulan turun sinun pergi meeting etc tapi the kids seemed amazed dgn the tower. Later kami naek ke level 42 untuk merasai pengalaman di The Sky Bridge. Adik2 tu memang bertuah sebab normal visitor cuma boleh pergi level 41 je tapi diorang berpeluang guna level 42 which open only to VVIP guest!

Next we moved to Petrosains KLCC. Tempat ni pun best for kids tp bosan for me sebab exhibition dia sama je macam the last 2 years. Keluar dari situ kami terus ke Galeri Petronas….walaupun bunyi tempat ni macam bosan, tp surprisingly aku seronok pulak melawat hasil2 seni anak2 tempatan yg mejadi koleksi syarikat kami. Walaupun kebanyakan nye agak abstrak untuk difahami tapi visuali semua Nampak menarik. Pada aku, atleast sekali, korang patut melawat la Galeri Petronas.

Lepas lunch yg disponsor oleh Group Corporate Affairs, thank you GCA! Kami semua berarak ke Aquaria KLCC. Tempat ni kan, masuk berapa kali pun tetap menyeronokkan. Walaupun aku tgk muka ikan yg sama je tp best.

Masuk day 2, lepas check out kami menuju pula ke Mutiara Damansara..destinasi, KIDZANIA ! belum sampai pun aku dh excited sebab 1st time nak masuk. Konsep lapangan terbang dia agak catchy la…kaunter tiket macam kat airport, pastu ada balai berlepas etc…kira visitor ni macam melawati sebuah Negara asing yg bernama Kidzania.

Back to our visit, because the place is quite huge and the jobs are so many. Maka tak sempatla kami nak cuba semuanya. For my kids, I mean kids under my guardian….kami sempat ke TV studio dimana diorang berpeluang jadi news anchor (Buletin Utama). Actually aku yg minat bende ni so aktiviti pertama yg kami serbu TV studio lah. The kids macam okay2 je…ikut abang la. Haha aku guna kuasa veto utk mengenang cita-cita lampau. Lepas tu baru kami cuba jadi mechanic kat BHP…giler kontra, dari dunia glamour ke bengkel kereta. Then kami sempat gak jadi fire fighter…happy la budak2 tu dpt naek truck bomba and padamkan kebakaran di hotel. Pusing jauh2 tapi hotel tu actually sebelah balai bomba je! Last sekali kami jadi Postman kat Pos Laju….bebudak sesat baca map time buat delivery so tepaksala ambe join sekali baca map n hantar parcel.

Kidzania ni is a good place to be la Cuma perlukan masa dan planning yg strategic (cewah) ini supaya byk xtvt boleh cuba dan xtvt penting tak terlepas…..

Last sekali before naek bas balek Kerteh, kami shopping d Tesco berhampiran. Malam jam 10.30 sampaila kami di kerteh. PENAT!!

Wassalam.

Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012

Assalamualaikum...

Last week sy attended Community of Practice or famously known in Petronas as COP, the COP was related to my job la ofcourse. Among many papers presented, 1 of it was about Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012 (MRA 2012).

To me, topic ni menarik sebab its new and ramai yang selalu bertanya. So let me share in brief la wht this act is all about. DISCLAIMER - apa yg sy share has nothing to do with what Petronas management is going to decide. This is just a glance on MRA itself, the impact and the implication in general.

Rasanya semua aware tht the bill was passed in August this year. Since then takde lagi clear direction actually for us on how and when to implement it (biasala). Neverthless, for sure it will be implemented soon by next year and certainly will affect us the "employee" as a whole.

Sebab MRA 2012 kata, semua "employee" who has entered into and work under a contract of service with an employer irrespective of his wages after the act effective date is applicable to it. Bahasa mudah, yang bakal bekerja atau yg sedang bekerja...semua tertakluk pd akta ni. Bear in mind this act covers only for PRIVATE sector ek.

Those yg tidak apply to the act adalah:

1. Government servant. Diorang bersara ikut had umur yg ditentukan olh kerajaan bg kakitangan kerajaan.
2. Staff on a probationary term. So kalo maseh probatian then company minta retire before 60 maka boleh je.
3. Apprentice....OJT etc
4. non citizen employee
5. domestic servant (housemaid)
6. Part timer
7. Pekerja contract which less than 2 tahun contarct

When the act come into effect soon, those like me yg already in the contract of services (yg sedang bekerja) or yang bakal bekerja...automatically akan memasuki contract of service yg baru utk bersara pada usia 60 tahun. In other word like for my case, last 6 years masa mula kerja, sy sign kontrak nk retire umur 55 kan...so that one is deemed to be void!

However, employer is given some flexibility where by they can offer optional retirement to employee. Contohnya, minimum 60...so employer boleh bagi option pd kita to retire by 55 , 58 , 60 or even 65...note that 60 is minimum...no restriction to go beyond 60 as long as it is agreed by both party in the contract.

Normal concern from all is about, 1st EPF. Okay, no worry.....we can withdraw our EPF like current practice. 30% at the age of 53 and full at 55. Apepeun still kena continue carum untill 60.....untung jugak. To those yg nk kluakan full at 60 pun boleh, no problem.

2nd SOCSO, this 1 lagi untung. Bcoz currently employee below 55 je yg SOCSO cover, but with the act in the house.....SOCSO cover sampai 60, best kan??

Rasanya ini je yg saya boleh share at the moment....kalo rajin, google and have a read by yourself. Pada majikan, sweet reminder to obey the act or you can be fined RM 10K.

Lambat lagila bersara......................

Oh My Cubical !

Certainly semua org yang working in office has our own cubical, be it on island basis or stand alone. Often without knowing we do/say/see things that we are not suppose to while working, particularly within our cubical.
Hence, this time saya sekadar nak share etiquette at our office cubical. Honestly it wasn’t from me. I happened to found it while i was doing my reading on other topic (for my work). Cuma I’ve made few changes and adjustment in accordance to our local environment as well as my company procedure and policy.
Feel free to read and exercise which ever practical to your situation......

1.       Seek permission to enter another person's cubicle unless you are invited.
2.       Don’t interrupt someone who is on the phone by using sign language or any other means of communication.
3.       Think twice before interrupting someone who appears deep in thought.
4.       Remember that speakerphones and cubicles don't mix.
5.       Don't discuss a confidential matter in a cubicle setting.
6.       Don't establish eye contact with someone when you would prefer not to be interrupted.
7.       Bear in mind that your cubicle is a direct reflection of you. Keep it neat and orderly.
8.       Stand up and walk towards the entrance of your cubicle when you would like an impromptu meeting short.
9.       Always hold yourself to a higher standard, no matter your job or your title.
10.    Don't borrow items from other mates in the office without letting them know.
11.    Respect the privacy of those around you. Don't read other workmates memos, notes or faxes.
12.    Practice good hygiene but please not in public. Hair brushing, eyebrow plucking, flossing etc. should be done in the rest room during your lunch hour.
13.    Avoid sharing office gossip. It hurts and could not even be true.
14.    Don't play music at your desk during business hours. If you have to, use a headset.
15.    You can place pictures of your family, friends and relatives on your desk, but limit it to 4-5 pictures.

                                                          Nice ha??

Resume that sells! (without prejudice)

Lelong lelong lelong!! Hohoho dah lama tak jadi poyo.

Lately byk menerima Resume daripada Para Pencari Majikan. As recruiter utk localize unit, at least satu hari aku terima 2 resume yg tidak diminta. In the time yg kita buat advertisement or opening, lagi la banyak resume yang masuk.

So dengan sedikit pengalaman yg ada, kalini aku nk share tips2 utk menghasilkan Resume yg akan dibaca oleh recruiter mcm aku ni, atleast pun dibaca oleh aku.

Sebab kalo kami tak baca, tak payah ceritala pasal nk consider utk shortlisted and might not. Almaklumlah, recruiter ni pun manusia juga, bila dah resume menimbun depan mata, keje laen lagi nk buat maka kami akan bersikap selective utk membaca resume yg diterima.

Back to the tips..

Tips No 1 – Summarize!

Resume as it names, should tells ur great life history in short and sweet summary form. Meaning to say, summarize ur self in the resume. Bukannya tulis hikayat Merong Mahawangsa dik, berjela-jela. Serious aku give up bila bukak2 tgk 6 pages…7 pages etc. Weh igt aku xde keje laen nk buat? Pastu jgn mimpi aku nk print sebab membazir kertas je kot. Makanya utk fresh graduate, 2 pages is enough.

Tips No 2 – Back to basic!

Dalam hal ni aku maybe a bit conventional. Formats resume biar simple and clean. Too many boxes, column, row etc is cluttering. Hierarchy tolong jaga, susun info ikut keutamaan. Paling menarik mata kami is ur pointer and field of study, biasanya aku tgk itu dulu. Tp kalo kena selak byk kali baru jumpa..hmmm abaikan.

Tips No 3 – Picture speaks louder!

Memandangkan tak kenal maka tak cinta maka gambar yg dipilih tu tolongla letak gambar terbaek yg korang ada. Gambar yg jelas, berimej sopan, kemas dan nampak macam pandai serta boleh diharap. Budak2 sekarang ni memang pakar bergaya, mcm2 pose aku dpt dlm resume. Tapi dik, persepsi mcm mana yg anda nk kami interpret, maka gambar begitulah yg perlu dikepilkan. Depends la syarikat mcm mana juga.

Cakap pasal gambar, now trending kot siap tunjuk gambar masa di kampus, training etc. Good to have that kalau ianya tidak memanjangkan resume anda. Otherwise keep it during the interview session later on je.

Tips No 4 – Mind ur Language!

Heee bukan nk kata bersopan santun tu. Tp ia lebih kepada jaga ejaan, grammar, komposisi ayat etc. aku tahu ini bukan karangan bahasa tapi ia boleh jadi factor utk membezakan 10 org calon yg punyai kelayakan serupa. Ada recruiter yg nampak je silly2 linguistics’ mistake ni, terus delete resume tu. Macam aku oke lagi sebab aku belom muak kot baca resume.

Itu ajela buat masa ni, after all this is just my personal observation and opinion. Selamat menulis resume and maju jaya dlm usaha anda untuk mencari majikan!

Thanks!

we are here to help u :)

InDah AlaM

Honestly aku rasa pelik, napela aku sibuk nk ada blog? walhal nk kata famos amos pun follower ada 5 je. Nk kata rajen menulis, post entry pon setahun beberapa kali je...tapi maseh la ngada2 nk tulis blog.
Actualy petang ni tetiba rajen nk blogging sebab dah xde mende nak buat. so ambek peluang ni utk share pengalaman masa bercuti di Cameron Highland time cuti sekolah aritu.

Senang crite, BEST! aku sronok sebab wifey seronok (cewah). Utk rekod, famili aku bukan jenis yg gemar melancong so kami sgt jarang atau hampir tidak pernah melancong. Makanya bila dah kawen ni adalah teman utk sama2 pergi bercuti...no more cuti2 sesama saing bujang :)

Untuk jarak yg sederhana jauhnya, x perlu naek flite, bajet pon kira sederhana sebab maseh dlm negara...Cameron adalah lokasi yg menarik. Tapi org mcm aku x buleh stay sana lama2....cepat bosan. 1 hari je aku abes pusing cameron tu, paling suka ofcoz ladang teh sebab aku xde ladang teh. Kebun strawberry pon aku xde gak tp aku bukan penggemar so ada aku kisah? guane pun cantik2 buah strawberi dinu...merah berkilat and manis.

Shopping pun heaven utk pokok2...murah giler and byk pilihan yg tidak buleh diendahkan sama sekali. Aku n wifey maen amek je pokok itu ini walau x kenal and x tau pun camne nk jaga pokok2 tu..beli je la, taknak nanti dah balek asyik teringat-igt.

Food pon awesome. Kitorang cuba beberapa jenis pemanis mulut yg cuma ada kat sana je. Sgt yummy sebab bahan2 fresh kot....segar dari ladang! Laen2 xde la apa sgt, in general ianya menarik sebab bentuk muka bumi yg totally beza dgn kampong aku mahupun Kerteh ni. Maka landskap and flora nye pon tersendiri lah. Indah alam ciptaan Tuhan.Syukur dpt nimatinya.

Labor Laws

Morning all (referring to the time i am writing this entry)

Simply i just can't get my eyes close and my mind is so actively thinking...so i decided to prepare some work and happy to share the preview of it with all.

Many asked what am i actually do in office, okay..out of many roles, 1 of it is to handle Industrial Relations, mainly it relates to Labor Laws in Malaysia particularly to 3 major ones namely Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relation Act 1967 & Trade Unions 1959.

Certainly i wish not to further elaborate those laws this time, plus you can always google about it.

Tonight, i intended to share about section 20 under the IR Act 1967 which is Constructive Dismissal. I remember listening about it for 1st time during the IR Seminar in Impiana KLCC last 5 months. Somehow, this topic interest me the most.

In brief, Constructive Dismissal (CD) is not really a dismissal. Let's make it clear, dismissal is an act of an employer firing or terminating its employee from employment...got it? however, in the case of CD, the one who terminating the contract of employment is the employee himself, common term...resign lah :)

Why do people resign? they are so many due courses. But most of the time it is due to the conduct or behavior of the employer or the company. Simple word, employee walking out because he/she feels that he/she is being mistreated or not wanted by the company.

Sadly, many of us do not realize that we have a right to claim CD and just walk over without justice.

So anytime an employee feel mistreated (valid case), demotion for instance, he/she should formally in writing claiming the CD to his/her ex employer. Ha, yes they have to resign 1st and then claiming CD. Bring the case to Industrial Relations Department, if they win the case, IR office will either ordering reinstatement or they will get monetary compensation.

There are many other instances of CD such as transfer to a different location, substantial changes in job function, reduction of wages and many more...

Obviously, i am not a lawyer and just sharing what i know with all to further read.

Insha allah next time will share on other section or topics...

Justice rulez!

Selamat Tahun Baru 2012

Assalamualaikum & Good day

Lilin panas mentari pun panas
Lelah berpeluh sambil berkipas
Selamat tinggal 2011
Ahlan wasahlan 2012

Rasanya sempat lagi untuk ucap Happy New Year kepada semua yg membaca blog sy ni. Alhamdulillah kita semua maseh berkesempatan untuk melangkah ke tahun 2012 (dah sebulan pun berlalu)

2011...hmmm how to conclude ek? in a word : THRILLING

kemuncak perjalanan 2011 seperti semua pun dah maklum mestilah hari pernikahan sy yg telah selamat berlangsung pd 27 Nov 2011 bersamaan 1 Muharram 1433H (tahun baru jugak)

Since then, hidup bagai berubah 360 darjah. Banyak yg perlu disesuaikan dengan komitmen kerja, my family, her family, friends...guane2 pun saya bersyukur dan gembira.

2012 bermula dengan kesibukan, sistem baru di pejabat membuatkan hidup sedikit di luar batasan normal. Adatla, benda baru...takes time untuk semua faham, adapt dan eventually appreciate it. Saya percaya management has good reason to introduce myPASSPORT.

Lepasni akan pindah rumah sendiri with my wife, no more weekend couple :) kalau ada rezeki maybe akan buat home warming tho bukan rumah baru pun, rumah sewa je but saje la nak raikan kawan2 especially yg x sempat hadiri majlis nikah kami haritu tp hadiah tetap tak lupa bagi...penuh 1 office, thank a bunch sekali lagi ye.

Okaylah..better stop, esok nak keje.

Cuba nak jadi insan yg baek thiz yr onwards, perbanyak kongsi ilmu dan amalan mulia.
